Massage
Pregnancy Massage Pregnancy massage focuses on
the special needs of a woman as her body experiences
dramatic hormonal and physical changes. 60 minute sessions can
help reduce the discomfort of muscles and joints strained
during pregnancy, improve circulation and edema, relieve
mental and physical fatigue, and enhance the "mind-body-baby"
connection.
Infant Massage This private session provide
step-by-step instructions for massage that can strengthen
bonds between parents and infants, help infants
relax, sleep better, and cry less. Includes a bottle
of organic sesame oil and Infant Massage Booklet.
Pregnancy Massage Packages
The Glow An introductory package of 5 sessions
(60 minutes each) of massage to familiarize you with pregnancy and postpartum
massage therapy. Sessions can be scheduled at any time
during pregnancy or during the postpartum period.
The Goddess A total of 10 sessions (60 minutes each) of nurturing
massage for the special mom-to-be. Sessions can be scheduled
at any time during pregnancy or during the postpartum
period.
Massage and Labor
Support for Partners
This session is for the mom-to-be and
her labor support person (husband, partner, mother,
friend). Includes individual instruction on massage
techniques and comfort measures for labor. The couple
will practice positions for labor, using a birth ball,
pillows, and chairs. The partner will learn and practice
specific massage techniques for pregnancy and labor.
Session includes hand-outs and can be customized to
fit your specific needs. You will get more from this
session than most childbirth education classes in Bangkok
offer on the topic.
Doula Services
These services provide the mom-to-be and
her labor support person with emotional, informational,
and physical support to help them achieve the birth
they want. Doula services include:
• 2 private
antenatal visits to discuss birth options and practice
relaxation and comfort measures • On-call support for 2 weeks before and after the estimated due date • Continuous informational
and emotional support for mom and partner during labor and birth • 1 private postnatal
visit
